You'll never experience that here. I'm constantly walking around the class to insure that you - and everyone else - are doing the poses correctly. That way you get the full benefit of the yoga. You'll learn the poses flawlessly, too - which will allow you to practice them at home and reap the life-changing rewards of yoga every day of the week.
In addition, the classes never exceed 15 people. This insures that I can provide you, and everyone else, with the attention you need and deserve.
About Your Instructor
Jennifer Urick has been a yoga practitioner for 5 years and has been teaching for 4 years. Her teachings come from the Kripalu Yoga Center, which practices meditation in motion, to Sangha Yoga Studios, which brings concepts of form over function. Jennifer's classes range from beginner to advanced yet incorporates a structural blueprint to ensure a deep yogic experience. The main concept in her classes is stability over flexibility, ensuring a safe practice for each individual and progression at the students leisure. As well as group classes, personal one-on-one practices are offered and preferred if you have special needs before your yogic journey starts. Jennifer lives her life in devotional service to the art of yoga and plans to extend her passion to anyone who asks for it.
Class Length: To insure that you get the most out of these yoga classes - every class is 1 hour long.
Class Size: 15 people at most to insure that everyone gets sufficient personal attention.
Experience Level: These classes are great for all experience levels of yoga - whether you're brand new, or have been practicing for years!
